This invested work focuses on structured analysis, decision framing, and a clear set of recommendations or a roadmap, not implementation.

The AI Integration Program typically ranges from $15K–$20K and includes custom questionnaires, governance, technical and security briefings, a personalized Masterclass ChatGPT 6-module training, and either a formal governance policy or customized workflows.

For leaders who want targeted support outside of a formal assessment, 1:1 sessions are available at $225 per hour.

Further phases, such as comprehensive assessments or strategic planning, are scoped to your schedule and objectives. But typically, Phase 1 and 2 of the Core AI Adoption Process can be done within 6 weeks.

How do you handle privacy, ethics, and risk?

I operate privacy-first and ethics-forward. I generally provide security, technical, and governance briefings; governance policies and employee handbooks; as well as AI ethics and data security training. All include:

  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints for sensitive work.

Responsible AI adoption for law firms means more than approving a set of tools. It requires clear expectations for how AI-assisted work is reviewed, how confidential information is handled, who remains accountable for outputs, and how legal authorities are verified before they are relied upon.

In Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice directs counsel and litigants in civil proceedings to verify AI-assisted legal information against trusted and authoritative sources and reminds counsel that AI use must comply with existing professional and ethical obligations. The Ontario Land Tribunal goes further: for proceedings commencing on or after March 30, 2026, documents containing generative-AI-created content must include a declaration identifying that use and confirming that the AI-generated content and cited authorities have been reviewed and verified.

For law firms, the practical implication is straightforward: AI use should be governed through documented review, verification, confidentiality, and accountability practices—not left to individual experimentation.
